-
-
Assumption of Risk. The Participant understands and voluntarily accepts that automotive events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to crowded areas, moving vehicles, uneven surfaces, heat, smoke, noise, mechanical failures, and actions of third parties. The Participant assumes all such risks.
-
Release and Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Participant releases and waives any claims against the Released Parties arising from or related to the vehicle’s presence at the Event, including claims for loss, theft, or damage, except to the extent caused solely by the Released Parties’ proven willful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
-
Indemnity. The Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Vehicle Movement, Towing, and Enforcement. The Event may restrict access, relocate vehicles, or arrange towing/immobilization for safety, emergency access, rule violations, illegal parking, or operational needs. The Participant authorizes such actions at the Participant’s cost and risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any damage arising from authorized towing/relocation/immobilization unless required by applicable law.
-
Security Disclaimer. Any security personnel or measures are provided for general crowd management only and do not guarantee prevention of theft, damage, or loss. Participants remain responsible for locking vehicles and removing valuables.
-
Photography/Display Interactions. The Participant acknowledges that attendees may take photos/videos and that crowded conditions may increase risk of accidental contact. If the Event permits hood/door/trunk display or judging access, the Participant accepts the risk of incidental contact.
-
Insurance. The Participant is solely responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage (vehicle, third-party liability, and property) for the duration of the Event, including transit to/from the venue.
-
Limitation. If any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Released Parties’ liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
-
Severability. If any part of this clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
-
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Doha, Qatar, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts/venues as permitted by applicable law.
